NDA Misuse Report Card

NDAs are misused when a person is prevented from sharing their lived experience, especially the disclosure of sexual harassment, abuse or misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, or other forms of harassment and bullying.

We encourage institutions to publicly take the NDAFreeCampus pledge:

“We commit to not using Non-Disclosure Agreements to silence people who come forward to raise complaints of sexual harassment, abuse or misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, or other forms of harassment and bullying.”

Institutions listed as “Did not respond to NDAFreeCampus” were contacted by email.
