Academic Parity Movement is a nonprofit organization working to uproot academic bullying, discrimination, and violence by empowering students, postdocs, and early-career academics with tools to defend their most basic rights. The organization emphasizes that academia should be an equitable, accepting, and safe environment for everyone.
End Workplace Abuse
End Workplace Abuse is a volunteer-led national movement working to protect workers from psychological harm on the job and to advance safer, more accountable workplaces. Through advocacy, public education, support for individuals, and promotion of the Workplace Psychological Safety Act, the organization addresses forms of workplace abuse that remain widespread and insufficiently addressed by current law. Its work is grounded in dignity, psychological safety, accountability, equity, and collaboration.
