End Workplace Abuse

End Workplace Abuse

End Workplace Abuse is a volunteer-led national movement dedicated to ending bullying, intimidation, and other forms of psychological harm in the workplace. Grounded in the belief that all workers deserve psychologically safe workplaces, the organization supports individuals navigating abuse, raises public awareness about the realities and impact of workplace harm, and partners with others to promote healthier workplace cultures.

The group also advocates for stronger legal protections, including the Workplace Psychological Safety Act, in response to the fact that workplace abuse remains widespread and largely unaddressed by current law. Its work is rooted in dignity, psychological safety, accountability, equity, and collaboration, with a trauma-informed approach that seeks both cultural change and meaningful legal reform.
